Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.  We offer video calls and are willing to work with you with measurements and any other assistance while you make a purchase. If after delivery, there are any issues with your purchase, we are here to help. Please call or send us an email and we will promptly respond.



We do not accept returns nor refund once purchase is made.



We will exchange items for a different size, items that are defective, damaged or if the wrong item is delivered. In circumstances where you consider any of the above mentioned issues, promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect and we will start the exchange process . Upon receipt of your returned product, we will immediately send you a replacement product.

Merchandise can only be accepted for replacement if:

  • Returned within 15 days of purchase
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged by buyer with original tags intact.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of returns per person.


Sending Back Product for Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, all shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to item during shipment.

Please Note:  African Flair Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen package while returning an item.



  • Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your invoice
  • Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below
